Power
Utility operators can use 3C Digital UAV-as-a Service to collect and deliver photos and videos of their assets. Using our ecosystem partner’s AI /ML powered cloud-based application, the images are then organised, geo-rectified and annotated to help utilities improve their inspections, reduce regulatory risk, accelerate their modernisation and asset strengthening programmes.
Infrastructure
According to a McKinsey study, the construction industry struggles with high levels of inefficiency. Large construction projects typically take 20% longer than expected and are up to 80% over budget. UAV-as-a-service can be used throughout the lifecycle of a construction project, from feasibility and tendering to delivery and maintenance.
Defence
UAVs are great force multipliers and there must be synergy between the three Services to optimise their employment. One good thing which is happening in the recent years is that all acquisitions are cleared by the Chiefs of Staff Committee, rotationally headed by the senior most of the three Service Chiefs, and they work now on common specifications to the extent possible. The resulting coordination is useful.
